Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Express Accelerator (referred to as the “Service Provider”) regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN acceleration application (referred to as the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you confirm that you understand and accept this agreement. Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse engineering, source code extraction, app text translation, or derivative development is prohibited. Intellectual property related to the App belongs to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or service fees and will communicate material changes where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and should avoid jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted plugins that may cause app failure or security risks.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitations: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid device bills, data limits, weak signals, system permission restrictions, or third-party platform policies. Mobile data fees and roaming charges are the user’s responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own use of the service. We try to provide accurate connection and routing information, but some data depends on third-party services or real-time network status and may be delayed or inaccurate. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend, modify, or terminate App services within a reasonable scope.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Express Accelerator. Before purchasing, review plan benefits, device limits, data rules, and use cases carefully.

Non-Refund Policy: All software sales are final and non-refundable. Once a software license key or access to a digital product has been provided, refund requests will no longer be accepted.

Product Evaluation: We encourage users to evaluate the software through free access, demos, or trial options before purchase, especially for server regions, speed, and device compatibility.

Customer Support: If you encounter installation, login, connection, or subscription issues, contact support for assistance. Technical assistance does not automatically create a refund obligation.

Technical Issues: In rare cases, technical issues may affect your ability to use our software as intended. We will make every effort to resolve issues promptly. However, this does not entitle you to a refund.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if software license keys or digital product access are found to have been shared, resold, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
