This Privacy Policy explains how Express Accelerator (referred to as “this Service” or “we”) handles personal information through the mobile application (referred to as the “App”). We provide the service as is and protect user privacy and data security within the scope of this policy.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect necessary operational data, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app paths, connection status, and session duration. To support server recommendations, connection diagnostics, and performance optimization, we may process approximate location information. These data are used for: 1. Server recommendation based on Express Accelerator node distribution; 2. Stability optimization through anonymized aggregate trends; 3. Service communication through your reserved email or username for updates, safety notices, or account information.

We only transmit aggregated or anonymized data to necessary third-party providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, anti-abuse, and feature improvement. Except in the following cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. Compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of user safety, property, or fraud investigation; 3. Cooperation with entrusted service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. To stop data collection, uninstall the App through the standard device process.

User-provided data will be retained during the active service period and a reasonable grace period afterward. To cancel your account and delete personal profile data, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly request data from that group. If such data is collected by mistake, we will start a deletion process.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or business adjustments. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after changes are published means acceptance of the revised terms. This policy takes effect on October 4, 2025.
